Recovery Whey Formula is a carbohydrate and milk-protein powder for use after exercise. Each 900 g pack provides 15 servings of 60 g.
Mix two scoops with water after exercise. Nutrition values shown are for Vanilla. Values may vary by flavour; check the pack.

Recommended Use
Mix one serving (two scoops;60 g) with 300–500 ml water and consume after exercise. The current supplier recommends one serving after training and up to three servings daily.
Ingredients
Food supplement. Shared base ingredients: maltodextrin, dextrose, whey protein concentrate (MILK), casein (MILK), magnesium citrate, flavourings, calcium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, DigeZyme® (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase), sweetener: sucralose.
