These terms apply when you buy from MJ Nutrition as a consumer for delivery in Cyprus. They should be read with our Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy and Delivery & Payment Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

1. Who you are buying from

This is our business and correspondence address. The parcel return address is different and is listed in our Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.

2. Products and product information

The product page describes the product and the selected size, flavour or other variant. Please check the ingredients, highlighted allergens, nutrition information, quantity, directions and warnings for your selected variant before ordering. Follow the storage and use instructions supplied with the product.

We must supply goods that match their description and meet the standards required by consumer law. Product information, storage instructions and warnings do not remove our responsibility for faulty, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming goods.

3. Prices, payment and free shipping

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Any delivery charge and the full amount payable are shown before you place your order. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Free shipping applies to orders with a product subtotal of €50 or more after discounts, including applicable VAT and excluding delivery charges. Standard delivery costs €6 for orders below €50. The available delivery options are set out in our Delivery & Payment Policy and shown at checkout.

We will not add an optional paid service without your express agreement. If a material price or product error affects an order, we will contact you to explain it; we will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement. Your rights under an already concluded contract remain unaffected.

4. Placing an order

Select your products and quantities, enter your delivery details, and review your order, delivery choice and total before submitting it. You can correct your entries before the final payment step. Submitting an order using the payment button creates an obligation to pay the displayed total.

We will acknowledge your order by email and provide confirmation of your purchase, including the products, price, delivery arrangements and the terms and withdrawal information that apply to it, in a form you can save. Please keep this confirmation. If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as you can.

The terms supplied for your purchase continue to apply to that purchase. Later website changes do not retrospectively alter an existing contract.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Cyprus to the areas covered by the delivery options shown before you order. Our Delivery & Payment Policy sets out the available services, charges and delivery arrangements. Our estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. The delivery period applicable to your order is provided before you place it.

Unless we agree a different delivery time with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If we miss the agreed delivery time, you may normally give us an additional reasonable period to deliver and end the contract if we still fail to do so. You may end it immediately where the law allows, including where we refuse delivery or an essential delivery deadline is missed. If you end the contract on that basis, we will refund the payments due without undue delay.

The risk of loss or damage normally remains with us until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Giving a parcel to our courier does not end our responsibility. If you independently appoint a carrier that we have not offered, the legal rules for that arrangement apply.

6. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods

For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days to send them back. The detailed deadlines, return address, return costs, refund process and limited product-specific exceptions are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.

Goods are not excluded from withdrawal merely because they are food or supplements. Any applicable exception depends on the particular product and the legal conditions for that exception.

Your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract are separate from change-of-mind returns. The legal guarantee covers nonconformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within the applicable statutory period. For food, the product's nature, shelf life, storage instructions and agreed characteristics matter; the legal guarantee is not a promise that food remains fresh for two years.

7. Contact and complaints

For an order question or complaint, email support@mjnutritioncy.com or write to HW GAMING SOLUTIONS LTD at the business address above. Please include your order details and an explanation of the issue so we can investigate. Reasonable alternative evidence of purchase is acceptable if you do not have an order number.

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, we will provide the relevant alternative dispute resolution information in writing, including whether we will use that process, as required by applicable law. You retain your right to use the competent courts and to contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.

8. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information for orders, delivery and customer support. Agreeing to these terms does not by itself constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.

9. Applicable law and your rights

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you or restrict the courts you may use under applicable law. We do not exclude or limit any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law, without reducing your mandatory rights.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information about visits and purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: information from this shop is combined with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, including personalisation, analytics and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant third parties, which may operate in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your consent choices. You can also use Shopify's privacy portal to exercise applicable rights to withdraw consent or object to its processing. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking.
