Withdraw from a purchase

If you decide to withdraw from an eligible online purchase, tell us within the period set out in our Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy. You do not need to give a reason or obtain our approval to exercise your right.

Withdraw from a purchase — open your orders

1. Sign in using the email address you used for the purchase and the email verification code sent to you. You do not need to choose a password.
2. Open the relevant order. Use the cancellation option for items not yet fulfilled, or the return option for fulfilled items, including items in transit. Identify the items concerned. Where available, select “Changed my mind” and state that you wish to withdraw; you do not have to justify your decision.
3. Review your details and submit your request. A confirmation email is sent after submission. We will acknowledge your withdrawal without undue delay by email, including your statement and its submission date and time. Keep the acknowledgement for your records.

A timely, valid withdrawal does not depend on our approval. If your order is not available in the online process, you can still notify us by email or post, including while an order is in transit. You do not have to register an account to use those methods.

Include your name and enough details to identify the purchase. An order number is helpful, but another sufficient purchase identifier is acceptable. Keep a copy of your notice. The model form below is optional.

Contact us about collection or return arrangements for faulty goods so we can arrange the remedy at our expense.
