Nrgy Gel 45 with Caffeine — Cherry is supplied as a box of 16 × 75 g gels. Each gel contains 45 g of carbohydrates and 65 mg of caffeine.
The formula combines maltodextrin and fructose with Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®. This listing is the 65 mg Cherry version. It is not the 130 mg Coffee Amarena version.

Recommended Use
Cherry 65 mg version: consume up to 2 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and tolerance. Start with one caffeinated gel during training. Do not exceed 5 gels per day. Count caffeine from all sources.

Ingredients: water, maltodextrin, fructose, Nduranz Electrolyte Mix® (sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, tricalcium citrate, trimagnesium citrate), natural flavouring, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; caffeine.
