Recommended Use
Place the contents of 1 sachet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve.
Take after physical activity or about an hour before bedtime.

Ingredients (per 1 sachet): magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium 140 mg - 37%*)and magnesium oxide (magnesium 260 mg - 69%); isomaltulose 215 mg; sweetener: xylitol; lemon fruit juice concentrate; orange fruit juice concentrate; natural orange flavoring; acidity regulator: citric acid; extract of bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad. ex J.C.Wendl.) shoots with 75% natural silica. *Reccomended daily value Net quantity: 30 sachets.
