Product Description
Bicarb is a sodium bicarbonate food supplement in delayed-release capsules. Each pack contains 180 capsules; one serving is 10 capsules, providing 10 g of sodium bicarbonate.
The delayed-release capsule format is intended for use before exercise. Follow the serving instructions and sodium warning below; stomach discomfort can still occur.

Recommended Use
Take 10 capsules with at least 500 ml of fluid one hour before exercise. Do not exceed 15 capsules per day.
